The location of the villa was perfect for our family vacation. We loved being close to the beach and restaurants, yet still having privacy. The villa itself was elegant and clean, with a stunning view of the nearby island. Having a private pool was a highlight for the kids, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.

While the villa had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The lower ground floor layout was a bit odd, making it less ideal for couples or groups of three.

What we expected was exactly what we got. Very nice place, very nice personell. The swimming pool and patios are the highlights.

Exensian is a luxury situation in the best location! The view is something amazing. The stuff of the hotel is polite and the villas are very clean... I have to go again it was unforgetable experiance! The next time we will stay more because we love this place!

Our stay at Exensian Villas was absolutely fantastic. We had a spacious and comfortable villa with our own pool and beautiful views. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5-minute drive to Keri where we found a beach, groceries, and restaurants. Spiros, our main contact, was amazing. He was hospitable, onsite every day, and made sure we had a fantastic trip. We felt well looked after and had an amazing time. The villa was clean and the pool was large and cleaned daily. We can't recommend this beautiful historic villa enough.

Beautiful hotel, very quiet in a gorgeous bay, surrounded by olive trees. Rooms are well designed; each suite has a large private swimming pool. The manager Costas has been very helpful: I forgot my phone in the room. The following day he sent it to us by courier. Overall, great place, excellent service!

My husband and I spent lovely moments there.The place is very silent.We had a breathtaking view to the island in front of us.The valla was new,modern with cousy interior.The staff was very kind and friendly.We rented a car and a boat also and visited many beautiful places.I wormly recomended this unforgetable part of Zakintos beauty.And many thanks to Nancy and Spiro for their hospitality.

The villas were absolutely luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities made us feel like royalty. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. It was just a short walk to the beautiful nearby beaches, and having a car allowed us to explore the other stunning beaches in the area.- The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

There was some noise from other guests staying in the villa below us, which slightly disrupted the peacefulness we were seeking. The road leading to the villas was a bit challenging to navigate, especially at night.

Beautiful, clean and very well equipped villas with amazing view and quite "off the beaten path" (you definitely need a car). Will try to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Exensian Villas & Suites. The views from our private balconies were absolutely breathtaking, especially the stunning sea views of Turtle Island. The villa itself was well-equipped and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The staff at the villas were friendly and always available, making our stay even more special. The private pool was a lovely addition, perfect for relaxation. The nearby beach of Marathias was beautiful and worth a visit. we made some beautiful memories that will last forever at Exensian Villas & Suites.

We did find that transportation options were limited, as it's necessary to have money for taxis or hire a car to venture out. Additionally, some additional utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful, as well as an outdoor shower to prevent waterlogged floors.

Exensian is pure class. The quality of the villa is superb and the owners have spent money in all of the right places. The owner Spiros clearly really cares about his guests' stay at Exensian. There is a fantasic taverna a 1 minute walk down the road (voltsano) and marathia beach a 5 minute walk. Do not hesitate to stay here - my wife and I loved it.

I recently stayed at Exensian Villas in Zakynthos for a week-long getaway, and I can't recommend it enough. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by olive tree plantations and offering breathtaking views of Turtle Island. The host, Spiro, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from maintaining the pristine pool to organizing transportation and boat trips. The villa was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable seating areas, a jacuzzi bathtub, and a well-equipped kitchen. The WiFi worked great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return.

Fabulous new villas. All areas, especially the outside patios and pool spaces were well furnished and comfortable. Well designed areas with amazing views of the sea and 'Turtle island'. The areas are furnished so that during the day you can lounge, read or relax by either following the sun or shade whichever you prefer. The pool is large enough for a family. A vehicle is recommended as the town is about 3 km away. There is a restaurant about 200m away with great local food. The Marathia beach is nearby and nice but is a rocky beach (ask for directions from staff). The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful as we arrived without a vehicle and they gave us a ride into town to go to the supermarket until we picked up our car the next day. We kept commenting to ourselves that if we were to design a holiday villa ourselves it would be like this! Would definitely go back!

The location it was just amazing. Its a reasl place you can find your centre. I defenetely recomending it
